2.0 or 2 days? Would you rather...

Same ports... Would you do 5 days on the Glory, a 2.0 ship OR 7 days on the Pride, not a 2.0 ship?

Another vote for 7 days on the Pride. Millions of people had great cruises before 2.0 and I bet you would rather be on a ship than at home for those 2 days. I know that I would.

7-day. No brainer. I am not a fan of 2.0. Many people don't care for 2.0. The Spirit class ships are not my favorite, but I will take it over a shorter cruise on the 2.0 & playlist-production Glory.

Unless there is some reason why you cannot go on the 7 day cruise (i.e., days off of work), I would pick that one.

Even though I love the Glory (going for the 4th time on her in 33 days!)....if the price and itinerary were very similar, I would opt for 7 days over 5. That is 2 less days of cooking, cleaning, going to work....yeah...definitely 7!!!

I'm interested in seeing the 2.0 upgrades, but I'd still choose the extra two days over 2.0 :)

Haven't sailed on Glory, but I like Pride...plus a 5 day would seem sooo short. Pretty easy decision for me to choose the 7 day, unless the 5 day went to a new port - ports are the main reason I sail, so 2.0 upgrades are only a minor plus to me.

Not all 2.0 upgrades are the same. Not all 2.0 upgrades are worth the hype (yes, I'm talking to both you Mr. Sunglasses Neck and your pal, Willie Wonka:rolleyes:). Plus even 2 days at sea are worth 2 weeks at work.:D

Anyway, I vote for 7 days. Everyone who hasn't done a 2.0 ship is going nuts, it's not that big of a deal! I went on Liberty 2.0 then on the Victory the following year that is NOT 2.0 and didn't have any different an experience.
