No, not a warning, they are a great group, I wish I was with them this year. I have been on a few HSR's. They raise money to bring people that need Dialysis on vacation. And they do it with a lot of fun. So if you see a lot of people wearing leather, follow them if you can and have fun!

LOL! We are actually cruising with that group...and are very excited! Just wanted to see what was being said about the bikers.

We'll be on this cruise too. Not part of the HSR, but it's looking like it's gonna be a great time! :)

So....is that like a warning?

Not this group in particular, but I wish the cruise lines would inform other passengers when a group of say, 1000 or more is onboard.

The reason is the inconvenience when certain public venues cannot be used because of a group event. We were once on a cruise where the (glass) solarium was closed several times for group use, and it was a cool weather cruise. On a recent TA headed to Asia, we were compensated $100 pp because the casino was closed for 7 days to install more table games.

It would be nice to get an email from RC stating that, you will be sailing with about XXX members of the XXXX group. We anticipate that the group will be using the XXX venue on the mornings of Day 2, 4,5. For this inconvenience you will be getting vouchers for 4 drinks at any bar, or, you can cancel no penalty, etc., etc.,

I think this should also extend to those ever more frequent cruises where most or all of the Viking Crown is lost to guests every evening because it becomes an overflow D lounge.

We didn't know ahead of time that that group would be on our Freedom cruise, so it came as a surprise.

We had a great cruise. The bikers were fun and funny. They not only brought dialysis patients with them, they raised money for the Dialysis Foundation.

There was a display of customized bikes that we really enjoyed.

DH and I are not bikers, don 't really know any, are not partiers, but this group added so much to our cruise

We'd cruise with them any time. .
