Concerns about night time activities

We are very interested in doing a cruise to Bermuda but am concerned about not having much to do. We love exploring the areas we visit but being in our mid 20s, we also enjoy hanging around at night on board.

I did see they may allow the casinos to be open at night, are there regualr events otherwise on board as well? Is there really nothing to do on shore? Where do the people who take a land vaca hang out?

there is plenty of great bars and restaurants in Bermuda so lots of night time activity. The first time I went to Bermuda we Stayed at Grotto Bay and went to the Swizzle Inn almost every night great mix of locals and tourists. Check out Bermuda dot com lots of info there.

When we spend a week or 2 on BDM we enjoy going to some of the bars in King's Wharf, along the south shore, and in Hamilton.

When docked I would highly recommend catching Randy Lambert and Tempo at either the lounge at the Reefs Resort, or at Henry VIII on the south shore. Excellent musician and I can't wait to see him again. And Henry's is a fun evening spot. You can catch one of the last buses heading from Hamilton back to the dock around 11 - 11:30 PM if memory serves. For a great dinner with a nice view check Coconuts at the Reefs.

The Frog & Onion at the dock has fun musicians evenings and is a fun spot to hang. Great brews and the F&O burger is excellent.

And there are a few spots along the waterfront in Hamilton we like including the Pickled Onion for pizza and beers and the Irish pub right there.

Just have to watch the bus schedule or taxi back at night, beware the increased taxi fare later at night.
