lyban Posted October 19, 2013 #1 Share Posted October 19, 2013 Hi I wrote RC awhile ago to ask for a couple of particular things in the MDR, for a Feb sailing. (Window + table for 6 since we are 5) They wrote back at the time that closer to sail date they would look into it. Today I got an email saying "My request has been accommodated" Is that enough or should I have a table number or is their even such a thing as a table Number. This is my first cruise. Thanks

Thanks Yes, there are table numbers. Sometimes we get a table number in the confirmation, and somtimes we don't. Probably not a big deal, but you could always request more info if you like. Personally I don't like to bug them too much as they are wading through many such requests.
lyban Posted October 19, 2013 Author #3 Share Posted October 19, 2013 Thanks Bob, My thoughts exactly, I do not want to be bugging them so I will just print off my confirmation and take it with me and hope for the best. Thanks
Rare Lionesss Posted October 19, 2013 #4 Share Posted October 19, 2013 Did not know you could request to know the table and location. Worth looking into. First have to link our reservation to another family. Though I better give travel agent a rest been bugging her too much lately. Next week link families and request table since both of us are already confirmed early dinner. Sea Ya
oneputt18 Posted October 19, 2013 #5 Share Posted October 19, 2013 Table number and dining room will be printed on your sea pass. Go to DR after boarding and check what table you were assigned. If there is a problem see the DR manager. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Forums mobile app
molly361 Posted October 19, 2013 #6 Share Posted October 19, 2013 We have even been sent a copy of a restaurant floor plan showing all the tables in the section we have requested which included table numbers.
bouhunter Posted October 19, 2013 #7 Share Posted October 19, 2013 Yet another reason we like Chops, Portofino and Windjammer. I don't go on vacation to be assigned a "table number" where I have to report every night:rolleyes::D Sorry, couldn't resist. We used to like the MDR and the repetition of eating at the same place every night, but we just can't do it any more.
