Labadoozie

Does anybody know if labadoozies are available onboard, or we can really only order when in Labadee?

They are available on board. If you're in Coco Cay, ask for a Cocoloco ... same thing

And they do come in the "virgin" version too, in case anyone was wondering. Had a few in Haiti - awesome!

 

Also, in case anyone is wondering, here are the contents:

 

1/2 oz Orange Juice Concentrate

1/2 oz Pineapple Juice Concentrate

1/2 oz Papaya Juice Concentrate

1/2 oz Coconut Cream

3/4 oz Dark Rum (Or make it a virgin without the rum)

3/4 oz Coconut Rum (Or make it a virgin without the rum)

1/4 oz Grenadine

Crushed ice

 

VERY delicious

 

I hope the Virgin version is covered under the new Royal Replenish drink package $20/day

Yes they are amazing drinks.. I know even when we don't go to Haiti if you ask them they will make you one minus the plastic cup they come in when your in Haiti. I tried making my own but they didn't taste as good .. between dw and I, I think we got 10 cups. Why do I still bring these home I ask myself :rolleyes:

I think I got 3 colors with our cups in December, blue, white and yellow. Sell the extras on Ebay to help fund your next trip! ;)

A Labadoozie is a drink you can get on Labadee. On Coco Cay the have CoCo Locos.
