This is awful news!!! There is no way I would pay to see a concert at sea. I would avoid these cruises at all costs. Grrrrr

Hmm, per the FAQ if the concert is canceled on your sailing (and presumably that is the reason you may have booked that sailing) you will not be able to cancel or change your cruise. Carnival protects themselves as a business of course and the traveler spending their hard-earned money gets screwed. Just my opinion.
