Pre-Cruise Suite Concierge yet?

The reflection suite has always had those perks. But the sighting about the Royals is a new one for me.

The complimentary unlimited internet access is also showing on the Penthouse suites description (Reflection, August 25) and Royal suites ( Eclipse June 7th). This is the description I get when I'm doing a mock booking. I'm not going to complain if they give us complimentary unlimited internet access. ;)

It's showing on our April cruise of 2015. We are one week prior to the full perks kicking in. Wonder if X will honor the unlimited internet or if this is another one of their goof ups?:)

As the benefits are OFFICIAL in April 2015, you should have no problem. Unlimited interned applies to Royals and above then.

Sailing the PH this weekend, and unfortunately, I can't seem to recreate anyway these benefits for my sailing no matter how hard I try LOL.

There's one info page out there someplace sthat says Roylas also have Grand Pianos now.... :D Also says the Reflection PH has motorized blinds, a security system and automated lighting. It has none of those, although I know the Connie and Summit do (possibly all M class). Curious if Eclipse has these and maybe they were just taken back for Reflection or if the type just carried over from M class ships.

We are In a RS this week for the t/a. I also noticed the "baby grand piano" listed but can't possibly think where they could fit it!

It seems they are rolling out many of the new perks before 2015. I'm guessing most of them with the exception of the suites only restaurant will be offered. I will definitely be happy with the unlimited free internet or specialty restaurants:).

As far as I can remember, Eclipse [in fact, I am certain] does not but Infinity does. I believe all M-class PHs do.

They park it in the PH bathroom until you need it!!!

I had thought that the restaurants were one of the items that would be rolled out early in a similar way to Michael's Club - as and when the alterations were made. The other perks can be switched on without any work and I had assumed that they would not happen until April 2015. If you are right, all the better. We are interested to see what will be in place for our Eclipse TA in November.

On the latest Constellation sailing, Micheal's Club was in full force and staffed many hours a day by Boghdan. Besides the continental breakfast foods(just like the Captain's Club breakfast spread held in Tuscan Grille), snacks in the afternoon, beverages all of the time it is open, and evening beverages. It was not limited to the free drink list for the Captain's Club elite happy hour. On the formal night the officers came by before the toasts, mingled with the guest, and pictures were taken of guests that evening. We were given our photos of us in the lounge that night as a gift from Bogdan.

We received the internet suite minutes instead of our usual free minutes, and were comped several specialty meals. The email for the Constellation's Michael's Club concierge is: cs_michael'sclubconcierge@celebrity.com

It appears they are rolling out some of the suite benefits early, and they are much appreciated. On our February 2014 Reflection cruise, we had use of Michael's Club and the concierge, but nothing else on the new suite benefits list had been implemented. I was not expecting any of the new benefits until April 2015, so it was a nice addition to our cruise.

So how many internet minutes did you receive? As far as I have seen the longest package Celebrity offers currently is 1600 minutes.

Were you offered unlimited specialty dining? The old policy was just once on a short cruise.

I hope you have a wonderful cruise. Bogdan is new to Celebrity, and his enthusiasm for the job was wonderful. There was nothing that he would not try and do for you to make your sailing extra special.

I actually wrote a letter to corporate about him when I returned earlier this week. He deserves all of the gold stars in his very new employment file!

Hi Tom,

We had the 1600 minutes and we ate in Bistro several times, Blu for dinner one night Tuscan and Ocean Liners, all comped. It is possible that one of the nights was from the casino host, but we didn't pay anything extra except the additional gratuities that we left in cash for very good service. It was a very nice short trip. We were allowed any beverage in Michael's(within reason) which was great as well.

It will be nice to see other reports from members about the other ships ,if Celebrity rolling it out earlier than next April.

I am onboard the Connie currently.

I asked Bogdan about the free specialty dining for the highest level suites.

He said that Celebrity has not yet implemented the unlimited dining.

Just FYI.

Hi everyone,

Tom, I reported what our experience was on our last Connie sailing. Whether they goofed or not we were not charged for the for our specialty dinners or lunches.

I think the new additions for the upper level suites are going to make more enjoyable an already wonderful cruise experience. Enjoy the rest of your cruise time on the Constellation.

Just boarded the beautiful Eclipse! We were given a red rose at check in and boarded the ship immediately at 11:15.

We were met on the gangway and escorted to Michaels club. The bar was not open but they had a wonderful table of appetizers. At about 11:45 we were escorted to our room. The butler and Asst chief housekeeper were there to make sure everything was perfect.

Liquor, champagne and mixers were all in the room waiting. So far so good:).

Forgot to ask about internet and special restaurants but will update later.

Would be interested in hearing other experiences with the bigger suites. We have a suite on the millennium in July and would love to receive some of the new perks - Internet would be great! I promised my daughter's boyfriends mother that I would make him write everyday. It would be wonderful if he could email from "camp" ! Of course free specialty dining and drinks would be the only other thing we would be interested in. In march we had a difficult time with our dining reservations in select dining despite being in a suite. When I got back, I confirmed with our vacation rep and she made our reservations for us. She included the two specialty restaurants in her reservations as per my request. So far, we haven't had to pay in advance. I know we get one for free, but I assumed we would have to pay the second one. One thing I will have to keep in mind, these would all be bonus perks. I am going to try not to get disappointed if we are not afforded any of the additional perks, since it really does not roll out until April 2015.
