Oasis - Deck 7

Recommended Posts

We are considering booking room 7323 - an oceanview (not balcony) room. Is there a door that leads outside back there by the rock climbing wall on deck 7? I was thinking I could book this room (cheaper), but when I wanted a view, I could just go right outside the door.

Any input is greatly appreciated!

Thanks - Carla

I don't think you can cross over from port to starboard (left to right) by the aft (rear) elevators. This can cause a problem if you want to use elevators as there is only one bank of elevators not two. I would avoid the 7th floor but that is me you may love it.

Hi! I have booked the 7th floor after reading positive reviews on location, noise, etc. Can you share your experience with the 7th floor? The more info I have, the better! Thanks! :)

There was no problems other then the elevator situation. I like the 8th floor because it is by central park and you can walk through the center of the ship. Hope that helps.

Sailed in 7314 this May. There is a door that opens to the climbing wall desk. We found the deck a good place to see shows. There is also a ladder down to the walking track. Just check what days & times the wall is open to see when you won't be in the way. Generally, only one wall was open at a time.

We were on deck seven aft. Other than the cross over issue (just go up one deck to cross over) it was very nice. You can walk down to the boardwalk in seconds for a quick breakfast at Johnny Rockets. Very little traffic or noise, Enjoy

Do you know if this is the same on Allure? The deck plans look the same for 7 and 8.

Looking at the deck plans, it looks like you can cross through. Do you mean that you can't walk past the elevators and get to the other side of the ship?

Same on Allure, no crossing between the deck 7 aft elevator lobbies.

Allure and Oasis are the same in this regard. The BOARDWALK sign blocks the elevator lobby crossover, in just that one spot.
