jules815 Posted July 10, 2014 #1 Share Posted July 10, 2014 I opted for e-docs. We sail in 59 days, but who's counting?! Should I be expecting an email with our docs pretty soon? Time is dragging...it feels like it will never get here.
killtheump Posted July 10, 2014 #2 Share Posted July 10, 2014 Did you check on your Booking Dashboard to see if they are issued? They will probably show up there before you get an email.

I agree. ;) So, "hold your horses", as my mother would say, until at least July 21st. :)
Big_G Posted July 10, 2014 #5 Share Posted July 10, 2014 (edited) Normal time to get edocs is 49 days. ...but it could be as late as 35 days. My own personal experience but Bob is right, it's usually 49. We waited until 42 before calling and they said they hadn't been issued. They finally popped up on day 35. That was a first and last time the were so late. Edited July 10, 2014 by Big_G

moorerf Posted July 10, 2014 #11 Share Posted July 10, 2014 we are sailing on Legend of the Seas out of Oslo on Aug 26, on Tuesday, July 8 which is 7 weeks or 49 days before our departure our cruise documents arrived. we got a note from royal Caribbean in email that day. It is a 40 page cruise booklet that I found under cruise documentation on my reservation page. It still said check status on website but when I did the booklet was there to view or print...So 49 days must be the magic number!!!!

Basically, the only thing you might need is the luggage tag to print out and attach to your luggage. And if you have to Porters on the pier make the luggage tag, you don't even need to bother with that.
