So.

 

Here's the thing.

 

Yesterday I napped. I never nap. I'd been feeling 'off'.

 

This morning the penny dropped.

Off diet. Off exercise.

Pulling it back from now.

 

Just back from power walking 10 minutes. Sooooo much easier to do under cover on deck 5 out of the sun.... no need to get up at silly o'clock to avoid the sun..... will up the time tomorrow. I mostly take the stairs as opposed to the lifts anyway unless it's 10 decks up.... down is easy.

 

No more wine. No more alcohol free cocktails. No more nibbles in the D Lounge. No more MDR I'm afraid. When I look at the food pics so far it's not surprising that my bracelet watch is tight on the wrist. I've one more GF cupcake on order..... think I'll see if they can do GF sugarfree.....

I tell them I'm Gluten Intolerant and to bring me anything.

Going to avoid red meat now.... back to chicken and fish.... mashed potato has Gluten in it if not prepared specifically..... as do chips (french fries).

Guess what I did this morning!!!

 

 

There is more evidence to follow from Erik / funnel's camera.... Lennart followed me down..... they let me wear my spectacles..... just as well really.... I had my eyes open (don't do white knuckle rides AT ALL). I was shaking so much when I got down..... something to tick off my bucket list....

Just back from the Casino..... very few people turned up for the slot pull so we cancelled. I played regardless and came out up $35.10 :D

My on screen calendar has really messed up..... I didn't receive any notification of show changes and assumed the on screen calendar to be correct.... It shows Oasis of Dreams for tonight..... only the last performance was last night.... so I've missed it. It's showing me booked in to Frozen in Time for tonight which I didn't book as well as for tomorrow which I did. It also shows me booked in to 2 Headliner shows for tomorrow, one I'd booked and the other I didn't. My booking for Come Fly With Me is showing on the calendar, but who knows? :mad:

I may have missed Oasis of Dreams but I got to see the last performance of Hairspray. Drew came out after the show to thank the cast and crew. Was very emotional
