elsie60 Posted October 7, 2014 #1 Share Posted October 7, 2014 For all of the sail away addicts like me missing the Westerdam horns......I took this video out last Tuesday sailing into San Francisco. I was surprised that this was the Westerdam's first trip to San Francisco. We had a fabulous trip on this first leg of the repositioning cruise. elsie60 Posted October 9, 2014 Author #10 Share Posted October 9, 2014 Thank you, I loved hearing this again. It was a great cruise, wasn't it! Yes, it was a great cruise! I am so sorry we missed the M&G with everyone. We were busy touring the ship with our HAL newbies. They are hooked now and are already planning our next cruise :) We had an aft wrap and literally ran from the front of the ship to our cabin to see the bridge from the back. The weather was amazing. jbhcw Posted October 9, 2014 #13 Share Posted October 9, 2014 Great!!...I was also on the cruise and I did a video from the aft lido pool area...it was amazing....also since it was the westerdam's first trip to San Francisco many of the crew..including the cooks...etc were also out there taking pictures. For someone who rode over the bridge every weekend as a child going to my grandparents weekend place near the Russian river it was a surreal and emotional moment for me! I am so glad I was able to do this cruise:)
