Is the coupon time only available during one day? or can it be used throughout the week like it has been?

suzyluvs2cruise Posted January 17, 2015 #78 Share Posted January 17, 2015 Any coupon you have can be used whenever you want to purchase a package. My question was about using your complimentary coupon amount. From what was posted it looks like if you buy 1 hour it's only available for the day you first use it. Is it the same for the coupon amount? On other ships the time you get for your C&A coupon can be used throughout the cruise. I'm curious how this is handled on Oasis? Sorry if I wasn't clear..... If you apply your coupon amount to a daily plan, then it's used up and you can't use it again. If you apply your coupon amount to a weekly plan, then you are using it all week. The coupon can only be used once, and if you don't use the entire coupon amount (say you use your $30 coupon on a $15 hour plan), you lose whatever you don't use. PCWalton1 Posted January 17, 2015 Author #80 Share Posted January 17, 2015 After stopping at the Princess ship we headed to Oasis. Check in was quick and painless. Now waiting in the lounge for boarding to begin. Sent from my Galaxy Note 3 using Tapatalk

Sue, if you are talking about the C&A free minutes, the new pricing on AL and OA seems to preclude your being able to spread the minutes out over the length of the cruise. You've probably read what I've read, that Guest Services will deal with it -- if not, then the Concierge. There are 2 IT specialists who have hours in the Card Room on Deck 14 (on Allure). I have made a few pilgrimages there, and they have always fixed my problems. Edited January 17, 2015 by travelgoddess1

ImaginationDave Posted January 17, 2015 #89 Share Posted January 17, 2015 I wish I had taken a screen shot of the price list when I signed up. My unlimited package for 1 device, 7 days, middle connection speed (I think the 3 speeds, with different variations, were Premium Plus, Premium, and Basic) was $115, before my Crown & Anchor coupon was applied. :) Thanks, Karen! That sounds like about the package I'd be interested in.

PCWalton1 Posted January 17, 2015 Author #92 Share Posted January 17, 2015 The cabins are now open. Marie is taking a nap and I am going to relax with my Kindle. I took a few pictures while we were waiting for cabins to open. Sent from my Galaxy Note 3 using Tapatalk
PCWalton1 Posted January 17, 2015 Author #93 Share Posted January 17, 2015 One note the new Diamond lounge on deck 4 appears to be officially dead. We received our welcome letter from the Diamond concierge and we are directed to go to deck 11/12 for all activities. With my discount coupon it was $130 Sent from my Galaxy Note 3 using Tapatalk Different pricing, I guess. On Allure, it was cheaper than that before the discount. I just looked at our Seapass statement, and it was $115 before any discount was applied. Not to belabor the point, sorry. :o
critterchick Posted January 17, 2015 #95 Share Posted January 17, 2015 Happy Birthday, Bill! I'm looking forward to your journal! On Serenade, I was able to use my free hour intermittently. Pinnacles get 2 hours, but I was only able to select one - had I wanted to use the second hour, the woman I spoke with at Guest Services told me that she would refund the charge, but I would have to call or visit to get it done. I recall reading that Oasis makes you use your hour all at once. Karen, you got wonderful pricing on Allure - lucky Allure cruisers. We had a 2-device plan on Serenade that was something like $185 after the coupon was applied (7 night cruise).
