"Quantum" (Of The Seas) ... Makes No Sense

Here's the definition for "quantum" :

 

Quantum is the Latin word for amount and, in modern understanding, means the smallest possible discrete unit of any physical property, such as energy or matter.

 

 

So how exactly does it relate to "... Of The Seas" .. ? Are they saying "Smallest possible unit of the seas"?

 

Can someone splain?

Actually, "quantum" in Latin, is an interrogative adjective meaning "how much?" or "how great?"
