The 6/29 pack and play was there on Saturday and when I went to check again today it was already gone - now I know not to wait again...

As with most pack and go's, the number of cabins available per cruise are limited. After your $100.00 OBC, these are basically free cruises. They usually go very fast.

We learned this lesson the hard way also. Saw the offer Sat. a.m., and when I went to book Sat. p.m. offer was gone for the sailing I wanted! (Splendor 6/28 of out NY) So instead we booked the Liberty out of San Juan the same date for $955 for 3 of us in a balcony! (and to answer someone's question - we only paid $460 for third person in cabin - was going for over $1,000 if we didn't log in for third person) We got free air one way using points, one free ticket coming back (just had to pay for 2), used points for free hotel pre-cruise, so our total for this cruise came to less than the Splendor would have cost us - and we have a great southern itinerary to boot! Woo Hoo!!

How did you find these deals, we checked and it is over 800 $ just for a Balcony?

489$ for an inside without port fees

Make sure you are logged into your VIFP account, then when you search it will come up automatically if you qualify. Cruise are through June 2015 for current offer.

Unless my PVP got it completely wrong (I cant long in to my carnival acct from work), my offer is comletely different. PVP told me the "$25 a room rates" were only from the West coast. He told me with my casino offer, I could sail on a 5 day (to Freeport/Nassau) from Charleston for $515 on March 1 in an interior room with $25 OBC. Not worth it for me.

We are on the Miracle 2/21/15 purchased in November. Cruise cost $1583.10, this cruise was among the offers. So I'm putting on my cruise grin and pushing away the knowledge we could have done it for 465.10. Because who knows, perhaps if we hadn't booked this we wouldn't have gotten any offers. I'm just happy to be on the Southern route in April.:D

If you booked early saver, you should be able to get OBC for the difference, right?

If it's offer code OH5, your PVP may not be totally correct. On this offer, from Charleston I see a 5-day on the Fantasy on March 11 starting at $50pp. Another one on April 2. Three of them in May, three more in June. On each, up to $100 OBC per stateroom.

But if you are specifically looking at March 1, then your PVP may be correct in his/her reply. I don't see this promo available on March 1.

Might want to look into it a bit deeper. Just sayin' . . .

Originally when I logged in and went under VIFP to "My Offers" it showed me an offer that was only good for sailings out of L.A. I was upset because people were talking about these amazing offers. Then I decided to just pick a ship out of New Orleans (I live in Louisiana so it is the easiest port for me) and look at some upcoming dates. Lo and behold, there was a 7 day Western Caribbean for $120 pp with a balcony. So your PVP may be seeing the same thing I saw. I would log in yourself and do some digging around. Don't leave it up to them, they aren't the ones who really want to get a cheap cruise!

So yesterday I went online and booked the Conquest for the 6/21 sailing out of Fort Lauderdale, well I THOUGHt I had booked it. I THOUGHT I put a 24 hour hold on it. Went back in this morning to book and it was never held!! They asked me for my booking # which I never received.. I am not a happy person at the moment!!

I was a bit miffed at Carnival when we got our drinks on us card delivered after midnight on the last night of our cruise last month. But they have redeemed themselves, had a call from the Casino Players club on Saturday and got offered a free inside from now until June, small upgrade for a balcony. Today I just booked the Miracle for June 6th balcony upgrade for $445.10 with $100 obc. We usually cruise every other year so was not planning it at all, but a 7 nighter for $24 each a night it was a no brainer.

This offer was NOT in either of our online offers, so may be worth a call.

Success!! Well, sort of.. I went back on their website and after a little bit of searching I found another cruise. This one is a week later than we wanted and it's out of Miami, but what the heck!! With the cruise (7 day), insurance & port charges, as well as a ride from the airport to the port, $674 for two people.. not too shabby :)

We just got off the Glory a few weeks ago. I ended up with 5000 points. When I hit the 1500 mark ( on the first day) I got my free drink card. The next day we had cookies delivered to our room. The next day we had a bottle of wine delivered to our table. And next to the last night we had cupcakes delivered to our room. That has never happened before. Just so you know, I only play the slots. My last day, I received a note from the casino that I could sale for free on a cruise. They had like 3 cruises listed and the latest sail date was March of this year. I wish they would have at least gave us 6 months. We were not able to take this.

I have a cruise booked for May. I was told that once I am on board, go to the casino and the drink on us card would be there waiting for me.

Just a note...when on the cruise I noticed a gentleman with over 45,000 points on his card. I can't even imagine how much he spent to get that.

Also, I thought this was cute. One of the drink servers walking around came up to me. He said " I don't understand. You spend all this money just to get a free drink". I laughed and told him " No, gambling is just entertainment for me. And if I can get a free drink while I am enjoying myself, then that is a plus"

Naturally, I have no offers.

Now, I *did* go on a Premier Casino cruise on Freedom on 12/1. No idea why I received that offer. I typically sail a couple of times a year and gamble, but not normally enough to even get the free drink card. I was solo so still got to pay >$800 for an inside cabin.

On that cruise, for the first time, I added Roulette play to my usual slot play.

Unlike many others on that sailing, I did not receive a free offer on the last day.

Having read all the comments here before about how you accumulate points, I wrote to the Players Club when I got home to ask how my table play was combined with my slot play, since only the slot points show on your S&S card.

I waited 3 weeks and received no response so I re-sent the email to Michael. He wrote back and said my point total was 1,515 and I didn't qualify for a free cruise.

I wrote back and asked about the table play (the Premier people got a free entry into a slot tournament if their "combined" total was over 2,000 and I got an entry, so somehow, the points must've been combined).

Here's the response I just received...

"Table players don’t actually accumulate points. They’re provided with comps based on losses or total time playing. Thanks!"

So, I spent slightly more than usual at the slots, but because I also played a table rather than at the slots, and I actually won at Roulette, I receive no casino offer? I should either play slots or tables, but not both? Seriously? Am I interpreting this correctly? I should've just skipped the slot play at sat at the Roulette wheels all day, each day, playing minimum bets?

I cannot express how annoying this is. I'm so tired of reading about how people who gamble little or cruise rarely get all these offers and those of us who do gamble and sail often are pretty much ignored. This is NOT how to reward your loyal customers!

But I hope you all enjoy your free or nearly-free cruises.

There really seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. I have never played a slot in my life. Blackjack mostly. Several hundred bucks each cruise. Win sometimes, lose sometimes.

I got the casino pack n play free cruise offers as well as the premier cruise offers recently. I have not cruised since May 2014. Don't know if that is a factor or not?
