Darren267 Posted April 28, 2015 #1 Share Posted April 28, 2015 Hi Does anyone know the current Silhouette Michael's Club concierge email address? I've previously used (and received emails from) SIMichael'sClubConcierge@celebrity.com but that is coming back as undeliverable now, so I'm wondering if anyone is in the know! Thanks in advance

Schmoe38 Posted April 28, 2015 #4 Share Posted April 28, 2015 (edited) Hi Does anyone know the current Silhouette Michael's Club concierge email address? I've previously used (and received emails from) SIMichael'sClubConcierge@celebrity.com but that is coming back as undeliverable now, so I'm wondering if anyone is in the know! Thanks in advance We just returned from Silhouette on April 19th and this is the e-mail address we received from the Michael's Club concierge. Si_michaelsclubconcierge@celebrity.com Hope this one works for you. There is an "underscore" after the Si portion of the e-mail address. SuzieQ1944 Posted May 11, 2015 #6 Share Posted May 11, 2015 Assuming you are all talking about the lovely room (Michael's/Captain's Club private lounge) at the front end of the Silhouette. We were on this ship a few years ago, and we loved the free drinks (I don't remember if they had any type of appetizers); however, they did not want us to bring our glasses out of the room. We were recently on the Quantum, in their Diamond lounge, and were 'allowed' to take our drinks out of the room and walk around the ship, bring our drinks to dinner with us, etc. It was a great perk. Has anyone experienced the same type of policy lately on the Silhouette? It was pretty annoying to have to stay in this room (just to finish your drink). Rare chemmo Posted May 11, 2015 #7 Share Posted May 11, 2015 Michael's club is now a suite guests lounge. Elite cocktail hours are either in the sky lounge or if there are too many Elites on board you receive 3 vouchers to use at certain bars during cocktail hour times. I have never seen guests being stopped from taking drinks out of the lounge but I don't think I have ever seen a guest try to, I am sure someone else will join the conversation. need2bespoiled Posted May 11, 2015 #8 Share Posted May 11, 2015 I've seen the request to keep drinks in the Elite Lounge, but with it being on the complete opposite end of the ship from the dining room, few try. On is near top deck forward, the other near bottom deck aft. Nearly a 1/4 mile away. Michael's Club is supposed to allow removal of drinks but as has been noted this is not a captains club benefit below Zenith. jelayne Posted May 11, 2015 #9 Share Posted May 11, 2015 DH was stopped leaving the Elite breakfast with half a glass of OJ. He was told "guests are forbidden from taking any food or beverage from a Elite event". He forgot his pills so was taking the OJ to the cabin so he could take his pills. He was a bit embarrassed, I thought it was silly since we could go to the buffet get a glass of fresh squeezed OJ and take it anywhere on the ship. Orator Posted May 11, 2015 #10 Share Posted May 11, 2015 Anca is the current MCC on Silhouette and she is FANTASTIC! She really goes way beyond what is required for her guests. Michael's Club is located on Deck 5 on the S Class ships and access is limited to those in Celebrity Suites or above, Zenith Level members and, on some cruise Blue Chip Club members (heavy users of the Casino). You can remove drinks from MC and get non alcoholic beverages at any time.
SuzieQ1944 Posted June 1, 2015 #11 Share Posted June 1, 2015 This is all very interesting - so, as Elite status, but upgraded to a concierge level room, anyone know exactly what we are entitled to receive? I'm not trying to be greedy, just would like to get whatever we are due...Thanks all.
WestLakeGirl Posted June 1, 2015 #12 Share Posted June 1, 2015 All spelled out on website, elite under Captains Club, Concierge under staterooms
Rare cruisestitch Posted June 1, 2015 #13 Share Posted June 1, 2015 Neither being at the Elite level in Captain's Club nor booking a Concierge class stateroom get you access to Michael's Club and the Concierge there. If you should need the services of a Concierge, there is one you can contact through Guest Services. On some ships, this person has a desk located near the "globe" near where the Captain's Club host/hostess desk is. On others you may find him/her in the Library. Or even next to Guest Relations. This Concierge is available to all passengers no matter what class of stateroom they book.
