We usually book a mini-suite but this time we booked a regular balcony cabin. Do you get bathrobes in balcony cabins or only in mini and suites?

We've always had them in our Balcony.

Robes are available in all cabins. Just ask Stewart. ;)

We usually sail in an inside cabin and we usually do not have bathrobes in our cabin when we board. We just ask the cabin steward to bring us some and it's never a problem.

I believe they are. When we have booked a suite we get the heavy terry cloth robes instead of the light waffle weave robes.

You can list wanting a robe in the section of your cruise personalizer where you state your personal preferences. That way your steward will know you want them. Still, they may not be in your room when you first arrive as they may still be in the ship's laundry.

If you don't have bathrobes in any Princess cabin when you board, just ask your cabin steward for them. No Problem! :)

We just got back from an Alaskan cruise aboard the Star. We had requested robes. Well my wife requested them.....We never got them. I never bothered to ask....Just two more things to not clutter the cabin....:D

We have had them listed for the last 10 years. They are not there when we arrive. They don't arrive unless we request them again. :(

Listing bathrobes does little good. You need to tell your cabin steward you WANT them. ;)

We just finished two cruises in mini suites. Seemed like the bathrobes and towels were upgraded.

We were in a Mini Suite and our bathrobe was very thin and very worn, looked like it had been washed a thousand times : ( Our friend was in an Ocean View room and his steward brought him one too, so sounds like it is each cabin as someone mentioned. Didn't see theirs but it could not have been worse than ours!

Suites get the heavy terry cloth bathrobes that are one size fits all if you are size medium or smaller. :eek:
