Allure Questions - Diamond Lounge and Dynamic Dining

Recommended Posts

I have been away from cruising for a few years and have a few questions...

What is the difference between dynamic dining and MTD? From what I can see, both allow you to pick and choose the restaurant and time. I know its been postponed for Allure until later this year, but I will be on her in December and am thinking it may be rolled out by then.

Diamond Lounge: I cannot find the thread, but I thought I had read one where multiple people weren't fond of the change made during the dry dock. Any idea why? Is it still a secluded section that is open 24 hrs, has continental breakfast in the morning, and evening cocktails?

With MTD, you cannot choose the restaurant, only the time. With DD, you can choose both the restaurant and time.

This is cruise critic, people like to complain. ;)

Many are unhappy with a devalued experience in what was a unique CL. The Diamond passengers now get to use this venue. It is still a quiet place most of the time with free coffee, limited food and evening booze

There´s no Dynamic Dining on the Allure (yet) and it won´t be implemented during the Med season.

The new Diamond Club is the former Concierge Lounge (deck 11 and 12). Yes, there is a continental breakfast and a cocktail hour.
