That might restrict him to USA based ships. I'm sure he's not the only CD who isn't multi-lingual

Bobby Brown is doing Harmony and can't speak a word of Spanish(or if he can he does not show it)...relies on Hugo to do the interpretation. Actually works quite well.

Hugo is very funny but can't imagine him as a CD

Abe deserve it he very good cruise director and very active and he always walks around the pool deck on sea days and chat with passengers

Has anyone heard whether or not Bobby Brown will stay on Harmony for the crossing?

Donna, Nick Weir just posted on Twitter that Abe Hughes will take over for Harmony's TA and inaugural season in the US.

I just read that Abe Hughes will be the CD on our Harmony TA instead of the infamous Ken Rush. Has anyone sailed with him before? What is he like?

Allure OTS - Dru Pavlov August 28 (until when? then who?)

Anthem OTS - Abe Hughes August 11 for 2 months (mid-October) (exact date? then who?)

Brilliance OTS - Jerome Sueur May 14 through October 17, then Clo O'Connor for the transatlantic back to Tampa (until when?)

Empress OTS - Elvis Pinto August 29 for 6 weeks. Carlos Torres returns mid-October (exact date? Oct 10?)

Enchantment OTS - Michele Scarpato June 24 until mid-to-late October (exact date? Oct 10, 14, 17, 21?) then Elvis Pinto for 2 months

Jewel OTS - Simona Ferraiuolo beginning July 3 for the remainder of the European Season (Nov 6? then does Dennis Charles return?)

Legend OTS - Chris Brown from June 20 through October 19, then Keith Williams returns to re-position the ship from Hong Kong to Australia on October 19 until Jan 15, 2017. then Chris Brown should be returning Jan 15 to cover Keith's break again.

Liberty OTS - Jeff Arpin July 10 until early-November, then John Blair

Majesty OTS - Marc Walker August 27 to October 23 (then does Susan McColl return for 4 months?)

Mariner OTS - Keith Williams mid-August through October 17. (then who?)

Voyager OTS -Mike Hunnerup August 14 until October 18. per his FB page: Mitch Merucci joins the ship in Hong Kong Oct 11 for the repositioning and the Australian Season, so there will be a one-week handover overlap

Ken Rush works at corporate in Miami as RCI's Director of Entertainment. He may occasionally fill-in as CD

Rich Edwards is temporarily out due to back issues and will not be returning until at least October 2016

Amy Fickert-Southgate has taken a job shoreside as of June 8

Luke Aerowsmith is working at the corporate office in London

Gordon Whatman is retired, but will be filling-in from time-to-time if needed

Allan Brooks works for Celebrity in their corporate office.

Richard Spacey is a CD with Celebrity

Becky Thompson works for Celebrity Cruises in their corporate offices in Miami.

Dave Chapman is a CD with HAL

James Andrews is a real estate agent in Sydney

Mike Szwajkowski is a Canadian Mountie

Leo Papa is a Product Manager at Tauck Corp in Connecticut

Anna Bass is a make-up artist

João Pereira is studying Portuguese/English education and translation at Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas in Brazil

Kirk Detweiler is now CD with Silversea cruises.

Simeon Baker - married a dancer, had a baby girl and is a sales exec at a Porsche dealer in Saskatchewan

Matt Baker - Sim's brother - recently married and living in Wales. They bought a pub called the Tiddley

Kieron Buffrey - CD with Holland America

Tom Canosa - teaching 6th grade science in North Carolina

Peter Benfield and Johnny Osborne have emigrated to Thailand

Anthony Richards is living in Miami with his wife, and is working for Royal Media Partners as Manager Port Revenue Operations

Rico du Breil is now a CD with SilverSeas out of Italy

Paul Lancaster is no longer with RCI, and resides in England

Abel Jeney is now with P&O. Not a CD but cruise staff.

Parker Cristan is living in Milwaukee, Wisconsin - staging/choreographing for local theater

Ashley Kerr - married and living in Vancouver BC, working as a marketing rep for a PR firm

Jannie Cloete - leading expeditions on small ships

Warren Allen (aka Warren Melhuish) lives in Ontario, Canada. He has retired from ship-life but still works on the stage

We cruised with Abe on Anthem and thought he was excellent. Very visible, personable, funny, runs a smooth activities/entertainment team, etc. He is not "in your face" or annoying or nerve-grating.

That would be interesting -- I'm on Allure this month and Anthem in late October. I'd be thrilled to have Dru on both ships!
