Berth in Fort Lauderdale

We are trying to find the number or name of the berth in Fort Lauderdale for Royal Princess cruise leaving Oct 11.

Usually 3. Check with the Port Everglades on line web site a week or so ahead of your cruise. They will show the berth.

Actually its Terminal 2 or 4. While there is a berth #3, there is no terminal.

It should 99.9% be Pier 2 if you are the only Princess ship in PE that day. If two or more, it depends, but I am thinking they would put Regal/Royal there over others since the Terminal is larger.

 

As others have said, no Pier 3 for cruise.

From what I've seen (both as a cruiser and Fort Lauderdale area resident) is that Regal and Royal always get terminal 2. I've never heard of them both being in port at the same time so there hasn't been a conflict.

 

OP - when you get to port security they will tell you what terminal plus there are signs noting the locations of all departing ships. We'll see you on board!

According to Cruise TT the only Princess ship in port on Oct 11 is the Royal Princess. So it should be at pier 2. You can verify by going to the Port Everglades web site 7 days in advance to see the pier assignments.

Both ships were in port in the same day in January, as we disembarked the Regal and the Royal was also at Port Everglades disembarking passengers. The Regal berthed at pier 2. and the Royal was at another pier. But this time of year the Regal is still doing Canada/New England cruises so not to worry!

My app lists pier 2 on both the 11th and 21st.
