Suggestions For Getting Large Family Group Around

Any suggestions to help the 12 of us get from FLL to Gallery One Doubletree Hotel Fort Lauderdale? Next anything different from hotel to Port Everglades RCCL Terminal? And finally from Allure of the Seas to FLL. I would also expect to have a fair amount of luggage given our pre-cruise stay combined with our cruise travel needs.

3 Taxis - maybe van/SUV cabs if any in your group packs like my wife :o should do it.

I agree with the taxi idea. Given that you have a large group, a shuttle company might give a good rate on a full vehicle. Give all the standard recommended companies here- SAS, QLS, etc- a call and see what deal they might give you.

Depends on the vehicle. There are 16-18 pax shuttle vans.

I know there are vans that can seat that many people, but do they have room for luggage and carryons for that number of passengers?

Call QLS and tell them what you are looking for- they will price it out for you and let you know how they can accommodate you. We have used them when flying into FLL and they took care of us-13 people our first use all with 2 pieces of luggage apiece & carry on; 7 people our second use again 2 pieces of luggage & carry on and we will use them again in Jan '17 when we have 15 of us going this time. :D
