I think they said another 10-15 minutes for E.

I have spent my afternoon looking for a hotel in Vancouver for between my two cruises in May. I have spent 6 hours in Vancouver total and have no idea where to stay that is going to be close to places to eat, in a good area, etc. Ugh!

We stayed once at the Rosedale on Robson - to meet up with friends from Australia, it seems that a lot of Australians stay there. It was alright, not the greatest area, but we had our car, and we drove them around. So I really don't know where to suggest....:) Near the water would be nice.

What's your budget (approximately)? And do you have any mobility issues? Also, check on the West Coast Departures board -- there are a number of hotels that regularly get recommended. Actually that might be the best place to start :)

I would love to stay at the Pan Pacific but I just can't justify (to myself) the cost since I travel solo. It would have to have a lift (with all my luggage and bad knees) and be within a couple of blocks of restaurants. I would like to spend under US$300 for the two nights.
