I believe that the prices are reasonable and that I get a wonderful vacation for a price that's not unreasonable. I love the fact that Carnival cruises out of NOLA...we can just drive there instead of having to fly! :)

In an effort to bring a more positive light to our year, let's list the most positive things that we can say about Carnival (not that I'm brand hyping here, I just want to see some more positive activity on these boards).

 

I'll start us off:

I LOVE the comedy clubs!

 

 

 

A great value for the money.

Bigger cabins, friendly staff, comedy club, fun ports, fellow cruisers are nice, and better food.

Good sized staterooms with a lot of storage

Magic has a really good kid club staff

Been a long time since a Carnival ship has had a reported case of Noro.

One of their ports of call is not the parking lot where I work. On a serious note we have had a cabin anywhere from deck 1 to a grand suite and have always been treated like we were the most important guests on the ship.

I have two. Their staff and crew are by far the happiest and friendliest of any cruiseline we have ever been on. And I LOVE that they offer family friendly comedy shows. That is something my kids love to do and we all find them funny.

Watching Movies on the big screen at night. Love the Red Frog pub, Guy's burger bar, all you can eat ice cream, fish & chip bar ( on select ships) and sailing out of Galveston.

 

I enjoy the new playlist shows, seen some awesome magic and comedy variety shows on board. The Behind the Fun Tour is super cool and the Chief's table is fantastic. Sitting in the Atrium area and watching people is lots of fun. Most of all the 2 for $20 T-shirt sale on the last sea day!
