Carnival's horrible page layout

I am beyond frustrated with trying to use Carnival.com to search cruise options. The page's new ridiculous layout renders it useless in my opinion.

 

Can anyone recommend an alternate site that simply lists the cruises by date / itinerary?

 

I do not want to register or sign in anywhere.

try vacations to go dot com I don't even bother booking through Carnival, I use this place.....no difference in price, and very helpful TA's.

Try Carnival from your phone. The mobile site is very simple to use and had a pretty good layout.

Oh my gosh!:eek: I just saw the new cruise search page layout on Carnival - it is horrible! Not intuitive or easy to gather much info at a glance. Ick.:mad:

Depends on what browser you're using too. When I'm in IE, I get the new terrible layout. If I use Google, its the old way. Another tip on here says to clear out your cookies.

 

Who knows. But I agree, the new design is awful.

Thank you, thank you!:) That was very helpful - I went to Carnival using Chrome and you're right - the old layout. But I/E and FireFox show the nasty new one. I wonder if this is a glitch or loophole that will eventually be closed.:(

Use Chrome and see those horrible tiles. No way to check other dates. Is there a new and improved one that's even worse? UGH

 

Use fare viewer or the mobile app.

 

Maybe someone should complain to JH.

I don't know...I just booked a cruise in 9 1/2 minutes on the site. Thought it was pretty straight forward

It is far from optimal, but in my experiences, better than some competitors sites.

I use Firefox. Every now and then I get the new booking page. I clear all the Carnival cookies. Don't have a problem after that.

I'm a Chrome user and have had no problem with the Carnival site. I'm glad you cleared that up as I was really scratching my head as to why so many people were having issues.

Odd. I use Firefox and I get the old layout. I did get the new one for awhile, and then they switched it back.

I use the Chrome (Google) browser. Do not like the layout in IE.
