Cooler in room

Recommended Posts

yes, they will. I take a small cooler all the time for my meds, drinks and they always fill it for me. The ice doesn't melt all the way by morning, then they refill it. I always ask them the first day and give them a tip.

I have also ordered a bucket of ice from room service.

Yes of course ice...lol, and why would it melt quickly?

There is no freezer. The fridge is not very cold. Though the ice would probably last a bit longer than if it was in the normal ice bucket.

I had a very small cooler on the Navigator earlier this month. I like ice cold sodas so our cabin steward kept it filled with ice. It was just a cheap, collapsible one I picked up in Ft Lauderdale and it leaked real bad so we kept it in the shower (except when we were using the shower, of course). I have a small one at home that doesn't leak but I seem to forget it every time we cruise.

I take coolers on every single cruise we go on. Ask the room guy to keep it full of ice for me. Keeps my water, etc cold and then I can take my tote off with me to the islands.

On a 7 night cruise I take 2, one cooler to leave in the cabin to have ice in there and then my tote to get filled with ice to take out to the islands with water, etc.

never cruise without one, the fridge in the cabin is a joke, keeps nothing cold! I want cold water to go to the gym in the morning so throw it in my cooler and good to go in the morning!
