It's a 4D theater. The chairs move, the characters appear to come at you and some other neat special effects. :D

Also really nice to see all the diff slot machines......

.80 a pull on that one is pretty cheap. On the babies one on the Conquest I was spinning at $8.88 per pull 🙈😳. A $100 flew through quickkkk lol. I had my MIL try it as well at $8.88 a pull and she won $1,600 first day......2nd day she won $2,500

Ok, that's all for now (and maybe even tonight). I am so tired here lately and I think I'm going to take a nap. :D I do have my last assignment for the.longest.class.ever that I need to start working on. I haven't even opened it up yet to see what I have to do as my final assignment. :eek: I'm slacking! I have just lost motivation toward the end and can't wait to get it over with at this point and have a few weeks break! So, I must at least see what this final APA paper is about and probably won't be back tonight. :)

I have booked my hubby, very soon to be 14yr old (May 15th) son and I on our very first cruise. I choose the BREEZE and it will be for New Years Day 2017 out of Galveston.I have us going the day before and planning at staying at the Holiday Inn - On the beach ...

 

I am so excited I have been coming onto CC alot and saw your post the other day so have been reading and enjoying the pictures. Thankyou so much for doing this review and in great detail too. Makes me want to be on the ship NOW...LOL

We headed back to the room and Sakari had been begging to go swimming. We figured it wouldn't be too crowded and decided it was a good choice. I mean really what options did we have since it's the first night of the cruise and for SOME REASON Carnival does not have the kids club open on the first night of the cruise on any of their ships. I seriously do not understand why??? Can anyone answer this?

 

We headed to the main pool and I was correct, not many people swimming tonight.

 

Sakari tells me "Watch me do this taranabow"

 

 

 

Um...taranabow? LOL Never heard of such a thing but we took this opportunity to teach her the right word. We ask her if she knew what a cannon was (especially since we seen so many in Bermuda) and then told her the ball that comes out of it =cannon ball, which is what she resembles when she's in a ball. I'm still cracking up about this. This reminds me of those songs you grew up singing thinking they were saying certain words only to find out 40 years later that it said something else.

 

Tonight would also be the first night that Sakari ever learned to dive. It only took her 2 tries and she had it. Now she just needs to learn to keep the legs straight, point the toes and tuck her head.

We were on the same cruise. My son is in the pool in the video.

 

I recall your door. We were on the 6th floor but spend a couple hours doing laundry on the 2nd. As for doing laundry - we were gone 18 nights/19 days as we also spent time in Orlando before and after the cruise.

Yea, I completely understand. The cruise certificates we buy with NCL keeps us cruising with them more than anyone else. I will most likely try Royal sooner or later...just bring those prices down on the Allure or Oasis! :p

She is a very beautiful ship and I absolutely couldn't get over the way they had certain areas decorated. I commented on them all week long to the hubby.

Hmm, the only place in Jamaica would have been the Hilton Rose Hall with the water slide and lazy river. It was a beautiful place!!!

 

APA is a format of writing that we use in the nursing program. It is used to cite journal articles and such. APA stands for American Psychological Association and contains a rule for everything you could possibly think of. :eek:
