Since the is the subject of lunch, I was wondering on embarkation day where can I go to get escargot???

Escargot are only served in main dinning room and possibly speciality restaurants, hence for dinner only

No where. Escargot is a dinner only item and not every night. MDR.

Can't get snails upon boarding. But, for the breakfast menu, you can mix and match stuff...so if you want eggs and bacon with your french toast, go for it!

You can order from the menu and then sneak over to the buffet and get something. I didn't care for the toast so I sneaked over to the buffet and got some pretty good bread and another hash brown triangle.

Typical MDR lunch menu. It does rotate but this gives you a fair example

 

Tutti Salad bar is set up in middle of MDR; you select the ingredients and they toss/chop it there for you.
