Princess didnot send their usual Birthday Card

I've done Cunard/Celebrity/ Princess. I've never received a card from any of them. I guess I'll have to pick up the pieces of my shattered life & move on!

Took my first Princess on original Pacific in 1986. Took my latest PC March this year on Regal, No. 19. What birthday cards? You all get birthday cards from Princess? What must one do to achieve such status?

I received an email birthday card from Princess on my birthday this month.

 

I've been on one cruise last July to Alaska with Princess and have one booked for later this year.
