Best RCL booking deal?

I use RCL, not a TA.

 

So, with that in mind should i book a 2018 cruise and get the Current 50% off the 2nd guest plus some " up to $200 instant savings " whatever that means or should i wait for my 2017 cruise and book a deal on board? Sky or Sea class, leaning to Sky class, in the Carribean 7 or more days out of Florida.

Prices are unpredictable, I'd book early to get the best choice of stateroom and then watch for price drops.

Believe it or not, I just got a $100 drop on Brilliance December today. Of course, the company has to be chicken...t about it and take away $25 of the balcony discount, but $75 is better than nothing!
