I can see the punch cards being a function of sales on the sailing, but it seems to me that discounts for beverage packages based on C&A level should be consistent. But what do I know.:rolleyes:

I was trying to say that the availability of the discount could be sales driven. I'm curious about how many drink packages are sold prior to sailing.

No idea, all I know about is is from reading here. However, if people are just asking if the discount is available, it could very well be that the crew does not know about it. That was the case with us on Brilliance. We had to show them the discount in the printout of our coupons. They were surprised, and honored it.

 

I'm continually amazed at the lack of accurate, timely, corporate wide communication within RC.

I don't remember seeing anything other than the 20, 30 and 40% off for D, D+, and P respectively.

The printout you get at a bar shows the coupons left on your account, so it does change as you use coupons.

Could you post an internet speed test and confirm which VOOM package you have?

 

I have been trying to run a speedtest for the last couple of days but it can't find a server. I am on Surf & Stream: it is not fast. We struggle to Face time it keeps breaking up. Videos on YouTube take a while to load. Honestly I would only class it as Surf (not stream)
