Freedom otS is still in port - she never leaves later than her scheduled 1730 unless waiting for a ship to clear. Since all ships left late, I'm guessing whatever it was, affected them all.

 

One additional ship tomorrow, what time will they leave?

 

Just as I'm typing this, Freedom is moving. Still 45 minutes late.

Wind hasn't let up, she's got a tug also.

It's taken her forever to get to the channel and needs help from the tug to even turn into the channel, another tug hanging just behind in case more power is needed.

We were on the road when sail away happened so I was watching it on my iphone since we had friends onboard. (No, I was not the driver!)

 

Our friend sent us a few pictures and video snippets. The tugs were out today!

I'm going to give up on SD, it's almost time for Westie to leave and they are still showing the tourist spots, no close-ups on downtown yet.
