Nieuw Amsterdam, Zuiderdam Port Everglades Sail-Away/Eurodam Key West - Dec 11, 2016

I can remember a number of years when we were on the Zuiderdam and the Oasis arrived for the first time.

We looked like a row boat compared to her.

 

I remember being on the Maasdam parked next to the Oasis.

It is a bad day for a sail-away today. Right now, down here in South Florida, it is pouring rain with lots of wind.

 

Key West cleared up a bit since this morning.

 

The Eurodam departed KW out of sight of the webcam.

I missed the Eurodam from Key West, looks like she got away earlier than 4 pm.

 

Friends said that had an all-on-board of 3 pm for a 3:30 departure; they left at 3:45 but you couldn't see the ship on the webcam since she was at the Outer Mole.
