Tracy and I relaxed in the sun for a few hours then had lunch at Cucina Del Capitano pasta bar. You pick your choice of pasta, sauce and proteins from a list. There are also extras like bread and caesar salad.

Oh I didn't realize that John Heald was on your cruise until I read it on your November 20th Fun Times .

Was he actually the CD or was there another CD and John acted as the Carnival Brand Ambassador .

( I'm not sure what that actually means :D )

Hey Rich!

JH and Matt actually attended our M&G!

Was great meeting Mike and Tracy! Maybe we'll bump into each other some day (being a fellow West Islander, and all!)

Sorry to hijack!

Nice to see your post Sharon . Never a hijack ! :) Great picture .

Some have said unkind things about John but I would be happy to sail with him .

He was very gracious and humorous as always! John showed up just as we were pulling door prizes he provided, and added both JiJi and Cucina dinners too! Matt, not to be outdone, provided a Steakhouse dinner, and drew our $400 half and half ticket.

Our M&G was very memorable, as was the entire cruise!

Tracy and I purchased the Carnival Hub Chat Plan for $5 each which was good for the duration of the cruise to keep in touch with each other. In addition, on three occasions we also bought the daily Value Internet Plan for $16.00 a day (24 hrs) to get caught up with Facebook messages, surf the internet, etc. We had our Ipads and IPhones but these terminals appeared to be faster.

We had dinner at Ji Ji Restaurant, the price is $15 per person and they recommend that you share; you pick 2 from the appetizers/soups, 2 from the entrees, 2 from the Sides/Noodles/Rice and 2 from the desserts.

We had the Crème Brulee and crepes for dessert. We ate them before I remembered to take a photo. All was very good and we would definitely go back.

We almost missed the Captain’s Cocktail Party in the Liquid Lounge. They had it between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. and then again at 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. We didn’t know about it until we checked the Funtimes after dinner. We got there at 7:45 p.m. and managed to get a few drinks. All the food was gone but we were stuffed anyway

At 8:45 p.m. we attended the Marcus Monroe juggler/comedian in the Liquid Lounge.

He called me up to the base of the stage and asked me some questions, trying to read my mind, it was more comedy than actually trying to read my thoughts.

Awesome pictures of sunsets and the ship!

Is the Serenity deck aft on this ship? I really like the serenity area being aft after sailing on the spirit class ships.

Would you chose a cove or another cabin type on this ship after seeing the different types?

I just returned from the Breeze and thought that the lobster bisque recipe was different? Do you or think so too? I think mine may have had too much cognac in it? I can't believe I think something has too much alcohol in it but it was sweet.

Glad I got caught up and patiently waiting for more.
