Diamond 140 Milestone

Has anyone had their 140 milestone on RCCL? We are due for ours on upcoming cruise on Anthem of Seas sailing March 26. They said there is a cocktail party and you get an engraved stone. If anyone knows anything.... give me a shout. Thanks!

You get a crystal block engraved with the ship on which you earned the milestone.

Looks like this:

It's a good idea to speak to the Loyalty Ambassador early in the cruise to confirm you are on the milestone list.

Your 140 crystal block might be presented at the Top Tier party, or it may just be left on your bed.

We received our 140 block on Anthem last month. They presented a couple 140 blocks at the Top Tier Event, but our names were not called. Ours was placed in our room later that day. So I guess it can go either way.

I think that is so cool, that it shows the North star and Gigi, the giraffe sculpture! :D

I got a block on Anthem last summer. I saw the North Star, but didn't look for Gigi. Thanks for pointing that out. I'll have to look for it!

We just got ours on Harmony, and they were left on the bed. However, we did not attend the Top Tier event as we weren't aware it was happening. Didn't they used to send paper invitations for that event? Maybe it was in the messages on our TV, and we never noticed. We weren't good about reading those.

We went to the loyalty desk on the royal promenade on Harmony and she checked our C&A details. The crystal block with the ship engraved on was left in our cabin in a display box. We gave ours to our cabin steward as it was heavy and we didn't like it enough to take home.

We hit our 140 milestone last year on the Independence. Since we weren't moving up a tier, we didn't realize this was a milestone.

We didn't receive a crystal block or any recognition at all  is it worth mentioning on our upcoming cruise or is it too late?

Call C&A to get the block shipped to you.

We received ours last month on Liberty. It was a nice surprise since we had no idea we were receiving it. DH put it in his carry on bag since putting it in our luggage would have put us over our pound limit.

It's really very nice! We display ours on our coffee table along with a couple of other similar work related awards and family pictures; many of which were taken on cruises.

Agreed. For our 140 block we had to go to the LA, as they didn't have us the list. He looked us up, agreed we should get one, and found one and gave it to us there in the office.

Yes, Harmony has gone to messages on the tv vs the paper invitations to "be environmentally friendly".

So there's no more inserts in the Compass pushing spa, art, etc.?

They are not that environmentally conscious, all the "special invitations" were on the tv messages (invites for crown & anchor events, casino special invites, etc.) but all the crap everyone gets still comes on your bed

Oh, we still had plenty of those. But those generate revenue, and Top Tier does not....

Pretty good description if it cost Royal money (free drinks) and did not generate money it was a message on the tv and if it generated money for Royal you found the paper on your bed. Your welcome letter tells you to watch your messages on the tv for your special invites, but there is just as much advertising in those messages I'm not sure who actually reads them.
