Suitcases under the bed?

We're sailing on the dream and we've always had soft sided that have fit under the beds just fine but we recently purchased a set of the hard shell suitcases. Anybody who have some of these have any trouble having them fit under the beds?

Our hard shell suitcases fit under the bed...you shouldn't have a problem.

Since the early days of Transatlantic crossings, passengers with large pieces of luggage have instructed their cabin stewards to store the empty pieces for the duration of the voyage and return them to the cabin on the final day.

 

You can still do that, free of charge.

Never had a problem, but I put them under, opened.

 

Then pull it out just an inch or two drop the dirties in, push it back under.

We sometimes lift the bed a little to easily push/pull the luggage under.

Have had all types of luggage over the years and never a problem storing them under the bed

On one cruise we had a bed frame stored under our bed. It was almost impossible to get luggage underneath, and the cabin steward got it moved the next day.

We do the same and it works great keeping the room tidy. When we disembark all the dirties are in one suitcase and all our other "junk" is in the other.:)

We had no problems putting everything under the bed on the Dream. Lots of room.

Mine didn't fit under the bed on Paradise in one cabin although on another trip it did fit in different cabin.

On our recent cruise (Conquest) we each stored a large suitcase and a carry on under the bed and had plenty of room to spare
