Ok, ya'll are doing one of the new 7 day sailings!

So many great things to do in St Maarten, Bernard, Capt Bob, something with Maho beach is a must.

St Kitts, Thelford Grey tours.

The gem on the Equinox is the GastroBar with 35-40 craft beers and a wonderful small plate menu. The burger is one of the best.

Thanks for the island information. I think my DH will fall in love with the GastroBar. Thanks for the info on the small plates and burgers. Do you know if you need the Premium package to try the craft beers.

Yes, you will need the premium package for craft beers since the classic package limits the price to $6 a bottle.

I was on the Equinox transatlantic just this last October and it was wonderful. Which reminds me I need to finish my photo trip report!

We had a great cruise and I loved this ship. There are some photos in my trip report but mostly food, I'll have to see if I have any more ship photos I can add.

Thank you! Can just one person upgrade to the premium or do both? My husband is the one who like the craft beers.

Upgrading to the Premium pkg is a must if your husband is a craft beer lover.

A couple of times during the cruise they will have a happy hour from 4-6 where the beers are half (50%) off! That is when I tried the $35 Rogue Double Choclate Stout.

They also have a speciality drink menu, and kept the red wine my wife was drinking in stock so we didn't have to leave. It has replaced the Sunset Bar as our 'hang out bar'!

Yes, your hubby can upgrade and you don't have to. But if you like a better wine, the Classic selections are very slim.

Thanks for the wine info too. Is the $35 beer covered in the package?

I've been on Equinox many times - great ship. In fact, my first celebrity Cruise was onboard Equinox, and I've been hooked with celebrity ever since.

Have a wonderful first cruise with X

You get fine craft beers, top-shelf spirits, premium cocktails and wines-by-the-glass up to $13 per serving. Plus, with purchase of the premium package, you get 20% discount on all wines by the bottle purchased on board.

If it's over $13, you pay the difference but I don't know if this applies to 'happy hour' prices on craft beers.
