Bringing water on board?

Recommended Posts

Having not sailed on RCCL before, I want to know if you are allowed to bring water bottles on board at the start of the cruise?

Technically prohibited, but usually allowed.

For those who sail out of Canaveral they will not let you slap a luggage tag on a case of water for delivery to your room. You would need to put them in a piece of luggage or duffle bag.

Also if you are taking the allowed 2 bottles of wine......these must be carried on.....you cannot send them through in your checked luggage.

I usually agree that bottled water is a scam but we just got off the Carnival Dream and the tap water tasted funny. Ick. Now I'm thinking I should bring or buy some bottled water when we sail on the Adventure in September.
