main dining seating preference? Michelangelo deck 4 vs Botticelli deck 5

One level (typically Deck 5 in our past experience, but that may have changed) is reserved for My Time Dining. The other two are assigned with your early or late dining selection and seem to be based on stateroom deck location. You can request a change once on board but it will be based on availability. But within each deck you can always ask for window or center, etc.

Sailing on Liberty of the Seas in May/2017. Curious if cruisers have a preference for specific seating location in the main dining room? Where and why? Thanks.

We like to sit on decks 4 or 5, near the window. Farther away from the open center, the quieter it is.
