Hey All,

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to book specialty dining for the first night? We checked online, but it says that the first possible day to reserve is day 2. Can we reserve once we get on board?

Yes, you can reserve onboard for any nights during your sailing, including the first night.

You can try the venue first thing but there may well not be anybody there. Give the DINE line a call from your cabin when you board. It may well be busy but try it right away and you may beat any possible first day rush.

FYI

You can always reserve once on board.

Advantages:

You know what evenings DR's are formal. Specialty restaurants are smart casual every day.

Use of OBC, rather than pre-pay.

Same price pre-pay or on board.

We just head to the restaurant after boarding where a manager or HW will take your res.

Lately, we have been met with crickets at the venue itself. Only person there was a busser who said that we had to call to make a reservation. Walked 5 steps to a house phone and had no problem getting a table.
