Transportation from Orlando Airport to the ship?

I highly recommend Cortrans shuttle

$40 per person round trip

 

But with a party of 5 it may be more cost-effective to arrange a private vehicle

 

I would not use Cocoa Beach Shuttle - they weren't really bad but squeezed too many people in post cruise, and more expensive than Cortrans.

Rent a car. I do it, albeit naples to Fort Lauderdale or Miami. I've found it the most cost effective.

Does the Cruise line you are going on offer transportation to/from airport? I'm sure you wouldn't have to use their air flights to use their shuttle service. We do this with HAL and although it is probably more expensive than taking a taxi it is convenient.

Rental car is the way to go, save $$$. One way is the norm, no extra fees. All the major companies are at the port.

Every cruise line offers a transfer bus option - as mentioned they are generally more expensive than comparable commercial shuttle services and usually slower. The drive from MCO/Orlando to PC takes about an hour, making a taxi not a cost effective option.
