Is there a way to download Health Form before boarding?

We are going on Breakaway in 3 weeks.

There is a Health Form you need to fill out at the time of boarding. Every time we cruise we and many other people fill out these forms while standing in line to check in.

Is there any way to download this form beforehand? It would be nice to fill it out before and just bring with us.

No. Differ slightly by port.

It's your name, room numbers, 4 yes/no questions. And a signature. Takes about 30 seconds to fill out.

They don't want to know your health was good yesterday.

They want it up to date.

Filling them out in line gives the most current answers over a form that may have been filled out weeks ago. It takes 30 seconds max.

And add the 20 minutes trying to find it in the carryon stuff. LOL!

You know those people that get to the front of the line and do have their passports out and have to dig through bags to find them...LOL!!!

We cruise mostly with Carnival. We can print out the form ahead of time. I fill it out and in the unlikely event that our health went downhill at the time of cruising, we could always make changes at the last minute.

It typically help waste some of the idle time while standing in line for the next available pier agent to get to us in checking in - gotta have a pen ready. DW was still filling hers out as we stood in the line for less than 5 minutes.

How many of you remembered the thermal imaging fever scan & temperature checks - flying & cruising during the SARS days ... must be getting old, can't recall if they're doing at the pier. But, it was a much longer questionnaire. It's focused mostly, it seemed, at noro-virus these days.

Funny as in - REALLY?

People stand in line for 10-20 minutes and never think to pull out their passports, then have to dig through their stuff holding up everyone else. Just like at the grocery store when someone watches everything ring up and then FINALLY look for their money or credit card.

I though it is LOL - guess not everyone does.

Okay, sorry about extra !!!.
