Wine Store Near the Port

We are doing B2B cruises in Dec 17 out of Ft Lauderdale. Is there a wine store handy to the port where we can purchase our wine for the second cruise?

Total Wines is in the Harbor Shops plaza on SE 17th. About a 15 minutes walk from the ship if in berth 2.

Total Wines has a great selection and good prices---wish we had that here on Long Island!

There are also wine at the Publix Supermarket on SE 17th St.

You can even purchase in advance and they will have it boxed and ready for pickup.

Some have even reported that cabs will wait will you run in and pick it up.

Be sure you have the FLL store selected. Wines and prices may vary by location.

 

We plan to do the same on our next cruise.

Total Wine opens at 9:AM, located at Harbor Shops.

 

Coming from New England, TW has been a must do before a cruise. They have opened stores in MA and CT, so I can get my wine fix without necessarily booking a cruise.

Yes, Total Wine. You can find it on Google Maps. Walgreens also sells wine. They are located on the corner of S.E. 17th St. and Eisenhower Blvd. a short walk from pier 2. Most times Princess ships dock at north port, piers 2 or 4 which is an easy walk out of Port Everglades. If your ship is docked at the mid port piers you can not walk out of Port Everglades. You may be able to take the parking garage shuttle between the north port and mid port parking decks.

We have ordered in advance and had the cab stop and wait while my DH goes and picks up the order and I stay in the cab with our luggage.

TW in Fort Lauderdale/Port Everglades is a mandatory stop for those of us who enjoy great wine and want to take it aboard. You can order ahead and they will have it there waiting for you all nicely boxed up.
