See below!

1. Anything special about the Port of Everglades terminal, while you waited? It's been 2 years since I've been there, but it's been completely renovated and is quite nice. Not sure if you needed more specifics? Let me know.

2. Location of the mid-ship staircase. Right by the mid ship elevators.

3. Gelato available with the punch card? Didn't ask, sorry!

4. How long a wait to tender? Was very quick, just 5 minutes or so?

5. Size of the robes? Didn't ask for robes, sorry!

6. Was deck chair saving time enforced? I didn't see anyone removing anything.

7. No limit hold'em tournament in casino? I don't gamble, sorry!

8. What food on formal nights? First formal night there was shrimp Daniele. Second was lobster and shrimp. I don't rmeber specifics and I meant to take pics of current menus and completely forgot. Everything was good though!

9. Quality of food on Princess Cays? It was so so. Which has been my experience with most private island BBQ. I stuck with a hot dog and fruit.

10. How was the comedian? He was great! Robbie Prinze, I think. I ve never seen my husband laugh so Hard!

butter and berries status?

what about drones?

We had a table for four, four pats of butter. We didn't ask for more but I am confident that we would have been given more if needed.

I never saw berries on buffet, but Saturday morning as I was leaving the buffet I saw a few people with strawberries!

No drones to report, smuggled or otherwise.

Thank you. Which nights were formal?

It was the first sea day (day 2 if you count embarkation as Day 0) and the then Grand Cayman day (Day 4). Day 5 was Cozumel and we were in port until 10pm, and that day all the dining rooms were anytime dining , open seating, wear whatever, including shorts. We were able to get our usual table and waitstaff thankfully!

With regards to T2 @ Port Everglades... I had heard something about a remodel. Sounds like you were there last in 2015 as were we. Can you describe some of the changes? Particularly the upstairs area where early-arriving Platinums sat out in the open between the gangways and there was a separate room for Suites & Elites (a room I can imagine bursting at the seams for many cruises with high numbers of Elites).

What did you do to the ship? It is still in port at 8;15 PM

it's over night at Port Everglades and not departing for a 2 night starting tomorrow. Senior staff is on board and they are getting ready for the first Ocean Medallion sailing.

I'm not an elite so didn't see that room. It seemed to me the physical size and configuration of rooms was pretty similar, but all new paint, carpets, chairs (and new sofas along back wall). New video monitors, showing promotional footage. It was quite nice, though it could have been a tad cooler temperature-wise, though that is a personal preference.

I wonder how much it is costing PCL for the security boat to hang out in the Intracoastal channel all night?

Maybe they'll take it out for a spin - a midnight cruise. Might be fun for the crew - no passengers!!

Our assistant waiter said he'd much rather have 4000 passengers than 200 bosses from corporate, lol!

Thanks anyway. I guess it was mostly a sprucing up, but I do think upstairs was also changed. We are not Elite either - "just" Platinum, but both are housed up there.
