I agree, though I think most who go the BC route just don't want to spend the money on a passport.

 

But the ability to get off early if needed, is another good reason to have a passport. :)

We are off the ship as of 7 am this morning. The other set of cruisers scheduled to leave today can not get to the rooms until 3.

Windjammer is not having staff serve the guests as it was the past few days up until this morning.

We're on the Grandeur now and everything seems fine. We timed it perfectly and our rooms were ready right as we boarded a little after 3pm. Just lots of warnings about washing our hands and an abundance of hand sanitizer. :) They rescheduled the excursions that they were able to and refunded us for the excursions we can't attend due to missed ports.
