Just trying to cover all bases and be sure that I don't miss any that might be available.

FCC credit

shareholder credit

refer a friend credit

extra $25 PP, I think from travel agent

nothing in our booking deal, but we did get a nice cabin upgrade so I'm not complaining

I know there is a military credit (we don't qualify)

Am I forgetting anything? None of it is a huge amount, but it all adds up!

B2B credit (usually represented with a reduce price)

Casino OBC

Bitch and Nag OBC - complain about something prior, during or after your cruise enough that you get some OBC.

High Ranking Officer Thinks Your Wife is Really Hot OBC - I get this quite often.

Depending on the ship you are sailing on you may be eligible for a GOODWILL OBC due to the Ocean Medallion not up and running as advertised. We received $100 obc pp for our upcoming Royal cruise.

And $50 for itinerary changes on the Caribbean Princess because of the propulsion issues. Just got the email for my January 2019 cruises.

You’ll be hard pressed getting a fare discount. Perks are generally the offer of choice.

Hmm... We got an "off the top" discount on our last cruise and on our upcoming cruise as well. All I had to do was ask.

We just were notified that we would get a $100 OBC for our fall CB cruise. propulsion problems persist

Don't forget military OBC which is very nice and equal to the stockholder OBC in value.

Interesting, I'm on the CB and haven't heard anything. In fact, my cruise personalizer doesn't list any OBC, although I have documentation of some on the TA's invoice. I'll call closer to the cruise date and straighten it all out.

Done lots of B2B and never got any OBC for that reason.

Sometimes B2B cruises booked separately are cheaper than the same longer cruise booked as one cruise though.

But not always.

We received notice today of a $50 per guest refundable goodwill OBC since our January 26, 2019 Caribbean Princess cruise will not be visiting Amber Cove as originally scheduled.

Some OBC's do not show on the personalizer. Instead you will find a card/voucher in your cabin showing the gift. Examples of what I have received the cards as notification are the Loyalty OBC and travel agent gifts.

I too have done many B2B cruises without getting any OBC for that reason. However, it has been my experience that booking as one long cruise rather than two shorter cruise bookings, has been at a slightly lower fare sometimes. Also military and shareholder benefit OBC,s for a 14 day cruise, ($250), exceeds the sum of those credits, ($100 per cruise), for two 7 day cruises.
