Sanctuary Reservations & Sabatini's

How do you make reservations at the Sanctuary once onboard? I thought I read a post that said you now CALL vs. standing in line at the Sanctuary.

Also, do you need to make reservations at Sabatini's for breakfast? If not, does it fill up quickly?

Thanks in advance for any replies!

You still have to go and wait on line to reserve the Sanctuary. You have to pick your seat and reserve it as well as sign.

As far as Sabatinis for breakfast, that is only available to guests in suites. No reservations required. I have never seen it busy whenever we have gone.

Sanctuary - you have to go in person and reserve. You pick out your lounger, erc - hence in person.

Sabatini's for breakfast is for full suite guest, and no reservations required at all. Go whenever you're ready during the hours it's open. And you can also order off menu - if there's something you want, that they can make, they'll do it. Special pancakes or eggs a certain way or such.. Don't hesitate to ask..

So...where are the best loungers located? Am going to reserve half days for our March cruise but have no idea which lounger area to chose...

Which ship? And do you prefer full sun or shaded. The shade is not total shade, it's a mesh awning but quite effective. Some ships do have a few loungers in full shade though.

Run don't walk to the sanctuary.

!

Sabitini never fills up at breakfast because there are enough tables to accommodate all the full suite passengers. All suite passengers don't arrive at the same time, there is natural staggering. They check your cruise card the first and second morning before getting to know who belongs there. You stated in other posts you are in a mini suite so Sabitini will not be available to you.

Depends on whether you want sun or partial shade beneath the canvas covering; a view of the ocean or you don’t care; a single or double lounger, etc. It’s a personal preference.

Often, people who book for the whole cruise tend to book loungers under cover at the very front with a view. These are the most protected from the wind and are usually the quietest as they are furthest from the nearby pool or MUTS.

Ruby, Full sun with ability to escape it if necessary...

Assuming Ruby is the same as Golden (and it looks like it from the deck plans), full sun loungers are at the back of the Sanctuary, nearest to the entrance. Unless the Sanctuary is underbooked you won't be able to change to the part sun or fully shaded sections. If you choose sun loungers that are to the sides, where the mesh covering tapers off, you will probably find you do get sufficient sun.
