Where is the best place to get a Bloody Mary on The Getaway?

Any bar. All the same.

Every bar now uses Mr. & Mrs. T mix but you can ask for extra spice if you like. If you're lucky enough to be up there, the BEST Bloody Mary (in my opinion) is at the Haven bar because they doctor it up.

At that time of the morning, the options are pretty limited (buffet, atrium coffee bar, MDR). O'Sheehan's closer to lunchtime.

With Mr./Mrs. T's, ask for a couple splashes of bitters and a few shakes of salt. Makes a good Bloody Mary........I think. Add about 6 drops of Louisiana Hot Sauce or Tabasco if you like it more spicy.

Dang, I'm disappointed to hear that they're made from a mix. The bloody Mary's on Holland America were amazing! They put fresh lemon and lime in them.

You can ask for lemon or lime to be added, just ask they wll add whatever you like.

Me sister-in-law lives near Lee, Maine(out in the woods).

She would say best bar, is whatever closest. :p

However, the added morning strip o'bacon sounds like a nice perversion.

And shrimp, cheese, olives, pickles, jalapeños...I've been to Bloody Mary bars that have 30+ garnishes to choose from. Yum!

I'm a fan of the Zing Zang bloody mary mix. Good stuff. And I prefer to use tequila instead of vodka (a Bloody Maria).

 

My brother frequents a place in Rehoboth Beach, DE that serves a bloody mary piled high with crab meat. I have a hunch it's also spiced with Old Bay seasoning.
