The Scurvy Pirate Posted April 24, 2018 #1 Share Posted April 24, 2018 https://www.royalcaribbean.com/experience/cruise-casinos Although not terribly surprised, the pdf of Terms and Conditions in the Casino Rewards Program portion seems to be missing some important information or actual plan language. For example, 13(a). The benefits link seems to be the same as previously posted. But it looks like they may be closer to finally implementing the new program. fla gang Posted May 21, 2018 #5 Share Posted May 21, 2018 So I contacted club Royale about my casino offer on the balcony on the Oasis, and the gentleman said I see you haven't booked any of your comp offers. I have never received any mail from club Royale because they had disabled that feature, so now I have 3 cruises booked and a 3 day for only port taxes and fees. wooHoo
vtcountrytrader Posted May 28, 2018 #6 Share Posted May 28, 2018 (edited) They are always sending offers either by postal service or email. I get on average 1-2 per month. We just got off the Adventure of the seas and the new program is up and running. I think they are holding back on the official announcement until next week or the week after to see how it goes. It is definitely a tier program similar to the C&A program. I have a photo of it but have been told there may be changes before it is officially announced. At this time there are four levels. The highest being MASTER, SIGNATURE, PRIME and the last SELECT. For me the most notable item was free internet for one device. I was rated SIGNATURE. The MASTER level gets internet for two devices. PRIME received a discounted internet package but it didn't say how much of a discount. These labels PRIME, SIGNATURE OR MASTER are printed on your seapass card. Other things like complimentary drinks while gaming are the same. Complimentary rooms are Grand suites, Balcony or Inside depending on your tier. There are other items as I said priority check in, waived credit card fees and more. CC won't let me post the link but if you go to the RCCL Blog and search Club Royale it should come up. Rare Shippy Posted May 28, 2018 #7 Share Posted May 28, 2018 Bummer...their 'reward year' starts April 1st.....so on March 31st...everything goes back to zero. We usually cruise late in the year so we do not have a lot of time to rebook without losing our points. Wish the year was from the end of your cruise. maryjaden Posted May 29, 2018 #8 Share Posted May 29, 2018 Prime internet discount was 30% on my cruise in early May.
fla gang Posted May 29, 2018 #9 Share Posted May 29, 2018 So since I got a list of free inside cabins does that mean my membership is Prime?
