I called them today. They no longer take calls for C&A, you now have to email them for each and every booking. Unbelievable!!

That would be a pain as I have changed them from cruise to cruise.

 

My concern, and I hope it is certainly not real, is that the gift preference list will either be greatly reduced or eliminated completely.

 

Recall the welcome back gifts of years gone by....we went from a tangible gift like a hat or a tote bag, to a basket of goodies to a pouch of almonds now to a plate of cookies one can pick up in the windjammer.
