Didn’t get pins

Yay! We are finally Emerald! I looked at the perks, and realized that at platinum, we were supposed to start getting pins. Ok, so I think pins are lame, but for some reason I want mine! :). Guess not so lame. Anyways... would I just contact C&A to get our missing pins?

Yes... just call and they will mail it to you.

 

 

I've never gotten my pins and have had to call. Kind of a bummer, but glad to have them (I have a pin wall filled with souvenirs from all of our travels so it's a nice addition)

We were surprised to get Diamond pins a couple of days before the cruise ended last week. This was our first cruise since making Diamond and were not expecting to get them.

Never got diamond plus which we earned last cruise, should just pick them up on next cruise

When you realize that you are due for a pin go to loyalty desk and get one.

We are Diamond Plus and have a nice collection of pins. One night, years ago we put them ALL on and went next door to get our teens for dinner. The look on their faces was priceless. (No, we would never actually wear them out.)

Always get the pins.

We are Diamond Plus and have never received pins. Got the luggage tags and I'm good with that!
