When I check both names it charges 15.99 per day each. I had started online checkin earlier but had to go back in and put passport numbers. Sail date September 16. Is this normal? I heard the horror stories of cruises being cancelled when cancelling something in cruise planner. Now I am scared. The cruise is still showing on my dash board but just can't get into it. If I carefully click only once I don't have the problem. My guess is the second click goes through while the first has already opened the page and RCI interprets this as trying to modify an open checkin instead of ignoring it. Booked with a travel agent. If you enter your reservation through the Dashboard, it will lock it, and it does not unlock, until you call them. Log out, call them. Then enter your reservation via the Already Booked link on the home page. DO NOT LOG IN FIRST. This is an ongoing issue with the RCCL site.
